Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at saqua.hello@gmail.com with your order number.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide the return address in Korea once your request is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your original order was shipped with our complimentary free shipping, the outbound shipping cost of $45 will be deducted from your refund.
