Locally crafted in Korea from leather sourced within the country. As a natural material, leather carries its own story; each bag may show subtle tonal variations and natural markings that make every piece unique. With time and use, the leather softens, develops creases, and gradually shapes itself to your daily routine, creating an individual patina and form that cannot be replicated.

Our bio-plastic leather is made from agricultural byproducts (industrial corn) produced by manufacturers certified to Leather Working Group (LWG) standards. Each bag is handcrafted by veteran artisans; the three main artisans behind this piece bring a combined experience of over 90 years.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days; delivery time varies by destination and shipping option selected.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. To start a return, please contact us at saqua.hello@gmail.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address in Korea. If your original order was shipped with our complimentary free shipping, an outbound shipping cost of $45 will be deducted from your refund.

To extend the life of your bag, protect it from humidity and prolonged exposure to direct light and heat. Avoid friction with rough surfaces and contact with water, oils, perfumes, and cosmetics. For stains, gently wipe the surface with a soft cotton cloth. Store your bag in the dust bag provided, or wrap it in a soft cloth to prevent damage.
